Building Projects

Trinity Lutheran Church currently has many areas that need repair or updating. Find more information below or by contacting the church office at 605-845-7818.

Storm Damage to Roof and Classrooms

The roof has been replaced as of 8/4/23. Work will also begin on the inside classrooms that were damaged in the storm. New paint and flooring is going in. These classrooms are used for Sunday School throughout the year. We were able to use leftover shingles to repair the shed roof as well.

Estimated Cost: $93,000 (Covered partially by insurance)

Water in Basement/Exterior Landscaping

Current plans include rerouting exterior water with landscaping, new gutters, and drainage pipes, and installing new window well covers.

Estimated Cost: $5,000-$50,000 depending on if basement needs to be torn up

Concrete Repair

This project has been completed and looks great!
